Crescer Labs ("Crescer Labs", "we", "us") is a service operated by SC Holdings. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It covers data you provide to us directly and data we access on your behalf from third-party platforms you choose to connect.
1. Who we are
Crescer Labs is the customer-facing brand of SC Holdings, the legal entity responsible for this service. Crescer Labs builds and operates custom AI agents that connect to a client's marketing and analytics tools and act on that data on the client's behalf.

2. Data we collect
Information you provide
When you contact us, book a call, or become a client, we collect details such as your name, email address, company, and anything you choose to share with us about your business.
Data from connected platforms
With your explicit authorization, we connect to third-party marketing and analytics platforms through their official APIs. Depending on which platforms you connect, this may include:
- Web and app analytics data (for example, Google Analytics): sessions, users, traffic sources, conversions, and related metrics.
- Search performance data (for example, Google Search Console): queries, clicks, impressions, and rankings.
- Advertising data (for example, Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest): campaigns, spend, performance, and audience metrics.
- Commerce, CRM, and email data (for example, Shopify, Stripe, HubSpot, Salesforce, Klaviyo) where you connect those tools.
We request only the access scopes needed to provide the service, and we access this data to operate the agents and reporting you have engaged us for. We do not collect data from platforms you have not connected.
Google user data and Limited Use
Crescer Labs' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data only to provide and improve the features you have authorized, we do not sell it, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not allow humans to read it except where you give consent, for security or legal reasons, or where the data has been aggregated and anonymized.
3. How we use data
- To operate the AI agents and reporting you have engaged us to run.
- To unify, analyze, and act on your marketing and analytics data on your behalf.
- To communicate with you about your account, requests, and the service.
- To maintain the security, integrity, and reliability of the service.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information or your connected platform data. We do not use connected platform data for advertising.
4. How we store and protect data
Connected platform data and analytics are stored in databases hosted on private servers operated by us on infrastructure provided by OVHcloud. Access is restricted, credentials are stored in an encrypted secrets manager, and connections are secured in transit. We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law.
5. Sub-processors
We use a small number of infrastructure providers to deliver the service. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms:

6. Sharing and disclosure
We share data only with the sub-processors listed above, when required by law or valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Crescer Labs, our clients, or others. We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing.
7. Your rights and choices
- You can disconnect any connected platform at any time, which stops our future access to that platform's data.
- You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- You can request correction or deletion of your data. To request deletion, email [email protected] and we will delete your data and revoke connected access, except where we are required to retain it by law.
- You can revoke our access to Google data directly through your Google Account permissions page at any time.
8. Data retention
We keep connected platform data and personal information for as long as your engagement with us is active and for a reasonable period afterward, or until you request deletion. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
9. International transfers
Our infrastructure may process data in data centers located in the United States and the European Union. Where data is transferred across regions, we take steps to ensure it remains protected consistent with this policy.
10. Children
Our service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated to active clients.
